We went walking around again after breakfast. The room was okay, nothing luxurious, but it is a farm. There is a restaurant on site, though we had dinner at one in town about four minutes away by car. We got two days to enjoy the farm activities during our one-night stay. On the first day, we went snow hiking for free and paid 22$ for a pair of rockets, then walked around. The next morning, the animal-feeding excursion was free with a room booking, followed by breakfast at 21$/person. The farm was beautiful, with cute animals and great assistance, and December seemed like the best season to visit. If you go, please bring food for the animals, like carrots, cabbage, wheat, or meat if possible. They do their best, but the animals need more food.

As vegans, we came expecting an animal sanctuary, so I have mixed feelings about the place. They rescue wildlife, but also keep farm animals and kill some of them on site. They breed turkeys and sell the young for meat, and they also breed goats and ducks. They kill red deer and sell the meat, which is served on their menu too. How can they save some animals and kill others? No life matters more than another. Please stop killing animals 💔

The free animal-feeding activity in the morning surprised me. I thought we'd need to buy feed and had brought money for the kids, but it didn't cost anything. We also picked a few paid activities, boating on the sea, whale watching, and ATV rides, and the kids loved them. My child wanted to go horseback riding too, but although it was listed on the website, I couldn't work out how to book it. My spoken English isn't very good, so we had to skip it. The room was great and had a kitchen with everything we needed. Apart from a change of clothes, slippers, and toiletries like toothpaste and a toothbrush, there wasn't much else to bring. Getting to the inn included driving the car onto a ferry for the first time, which was an amazing experience.

We had so much fun on the ATV trail ride today. Charles gave clear instructions, knew the activity well, and was friendly and pleasant. He made sure everyone stayed safe and enjoyed themselves, and he even turned into our professional photographer, lol! Thanks, Charles, for such a wonderful experience.

The sunset kayak trip turned out to be magical, with beautiful scenery and a lovely sunset. We were complete beginners and felt nervous, but Felix was friendly, reassuring, and careful about safety, so we soon felt at ease. We'd happily recommend this activity. It was an amazing experience.
