The location made a long drive easier, with the highway right nearby and food and gas next door. The room was fine for one night, the water was hot, and everyone was kind. They spoke French but switched to English for me, which I appreciated. I gave four stars because the blankets had black and blonde hairs all over them. They were concerned my dog might get on the bed, but she sleeps on the floor. I love her, but I agree dogs in beds are gross. They need to change the blankets between guests.

The snow and poor road conditions made me stop for the night, and I was glad I did. The room was beautiful and spotless, and the bed was really comfortable. Best shower I’ve had in years, with great pressure and two shower heads.

There are two sections here, a luxury hotel and a cheaper motel. I picked the motel to save money, and it was clean, quiet, and affordable. The only issue was that my credit card wouldn’t go through. The same card worked everywhere else, so the hotel’s payment terminal seemed to be the problem.

Breakfast was a total disaster, and the service was only okay. Still, the hotel was nice and clean, about 40-45 minutes from Quebec City. The rooms are spacious and have jacuzzi tubs.

The room was clean and left me very satisfied. Getting around was convenient for my trip to Quebec, too. The front desk staff were excellent and patiently pointed out nearby attractions.
