We stayed in the yellow room in October, and it was comfortable. The bathroom is shared by everyone on the second floor, which was fine since people were considerate. Meggie was a wonderful, helpful host who was always open to questions, and dinner was great. Aux Traditions is well placed for day trips in the Mauricie National Park, with the water just a two-minute walk away and the park entrance ten minutes by car. Parking in front was easy, and the price felt appropriate. A clear recommendation if you're okay with a shared bathroom.

The host is charming and generous, and breakfast was copious and excellent, served as individual portions while sharing the meal with other guests. This little Gîte (B&B) is in the heart of a cute village, with a magnificent view over the water and countryside. The decor feels a bit dated, with a Country & Western theme. It's in an LTE white zone, so don't count on cell service. An open Wifi network would've been nice. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the region.

Meggie explained the park to us, which was really helpful, and the hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was beautiful, and you can have dinner there after a tiring day. A perfect place near the park. Little tip, give yourself at least 3 days to see it all.

The hosts are so kind and friendly, and the restaurant serves tasty, authentic Balkan-style dishes. A great place to stay when you're heading out for a hike at Mauricie. I'd definitely recommend it!
