The breakfast spread was fabulous and the food was fresh. The hotel, our room, pool, and spa were all very clean, and the price felt worthwhile. Staff throughout the hotel, from the front desk to the other departments, were friendly and made us feel welcome. Thank you for the hospitality. I'd recommend OTL L gourverneur to family and friends.

Our dog was welcomed with a sweet note and a treat waiting in the room, and he got lots of attention from guests and staff. We had a great two-night getaway in Sherbrooke. Everything was top notch, from the staff and rooms to the included breakfast and self-serve wine station. We'd gladly stay again.

This is my Christmas refuge, a great place to unwind after a long day. The rooms are very well insulated. It's centrally located and right by the highway, with clean rooms and great service. I haven't tried the spa yet.

I liked the wine dispensers in the main hall, where you can pour a glass without opening a whole bottle. There's also an indoor pool and two hot tubs. Breakfast is a tasty hot buffet and service is quick. The hotel is clean and modern, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms have Nespresso, a great shower, and really comfortable beds and linens.

Dinner from the catered menu was delicious, especially the salmon and Beef Bourguignon. Breakfast also stood out, with an omelet station and plenty of other choices. My single room felt spacious and almost brand new, with quality amenities, plush towels, soft linens, a comforter, and lots of pillows. The staff were kind and quick to help. It's a beautiful, immaculate, full-service five-star hotel in Sherbrooke, QC, with huge chandeliers in the large lobby.
