Quality Hotel & Suites

From check-in right through to check-out, everything went perfectly. The staff were kind and always willing to help. A fantastic hotel experience, highly recommended.

Having breakfast at an actual restaurant was a nice extra, and it comes with the stay. The location is good, though the entrance feels a bit odd. The room was clean and comfortable, but the badly installed wallpaper hasn't been fixed.

The restaurant connection is a real plus: you get a voucher, and the food is very good. The rooms feel dated, though. The bathroom needs a new shower head, and the area behind the toilet looked dirty and possibly moldy.

There was plenty of parking, and the hotel is in a prime location. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the thin walls made it hard to sleep. I could hear the neighbors' TV and conversations, along with heavy footsteps upstairs, like an elephant rather than a person. The faucets also creaked at night, and I was counting down until morning. Check what's covered by the breakfast voucher before ordering, so you don't get a surprise charge. The included choices are limited and tend to be unhealthy. It was a decent stay, but clearer breakfast information and better soundproofing would make it much better.
