Best Western Little River Inn

There’s a river walk a few blocks away, and even with the cooler September weather, the pool area was a lovely spot to sit in the afternoon. The gym got hot in the morning sun, but I had it to myself and the equipment worked well. I did let staff know there were no cleaning solutions available. My room was quiet and dark, with a comfortable temperature on the ground floor. It was decent, and I liked that it had no carpet. The bathroom wasn’t perfect, though everything worked. Front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, and I appreciated that they kept the coffee pot full.

The room was clean and did what I needed, though it felt a little dated. The closet was broken and the bathroom could use renovating. The man at the front desk was friendly and gave me useful information. It’s not easy to spot the entrance, even though the hotel is on the main strip, and it doesn’t look like a typical hotel entrance. For the price, I’d stay again.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the front desk was friendly. But there was leftover sushi in the fridge from the previous guests, which was disgusting. When I tried to shower, the tub filled up even though there was no plug, and there wasn’t any hot water. Moby TV, which they use instead of cable, was garbage, so I used Tubi instead. I won’t stay here again.

The location is central, and the mattress and bed were comfortable. The room, number 109, felt pretty outdated and could use an upgrade. The shower head and tub seemed unclean. There’s no cable TV, and the internet was slow and disconnected several times.
