The rooms are dated, and mine was a little dusty. Since we were only there for one night, I didn’t feel it was worth making a fuss. The staff and service were incredible, though. We came as a hockey team with 14 families and lots of young kids. They let us use a boardroom where we could play and eat, with the pool just across the hall. The security guard was so kind and kept an eye out for the little ones. The front desk even extended our boardroom time so we could tidy up in the morning instead of rushing at midnight.

The toilet was hard to flush, but the rest was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spotless and very quiet, the bed was fantastic, and the stay felt relaxing. The tub was wonderful, and the walk-in shower was really nice.

I booked at the last minute for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. The place looks newly renovated, the rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful.

Our room was very clean, and we were close to restaurants. The fire alarm went off twice, even though we don’t smoke. The desk staff came quickly and said it might happen if the room was too humid. The service was quick, and all was good.

Maybe this was a one-off, and you might have a better experience than I did. I don’t like saying bad things, but I wouldn’t stay here again. It was pricey, and the photos online made the place look a lot better than it was. The room smelled musty, the shower was very small, and the toilet was crammed right beside the door. I’m 5'11". The bathroom heater was rusted and outdated. Over the years, I’ve found that a clean, spacious bathroom usually means you have nothing to worry about. This place was nothing special.
