Crash Hotel Squamish

The room was clean and comfortable, right near lots of shops and amenities. We chose the quieter side, away from the restaurant, and I'd recommend requesting that. The phone based digital keys made it easy to get into the hotel, stairwell, and room, as long as you have a smartphone. I slept okay with my Loop earplugs, though Bella, our lab, woke me a few times by being too close. I also took melatonin since I usually sleep poorly away from home. My partner was more bothered by people leaving the bar, someone leaning on a car horn, and Bella barking, which I didn't hear. Still a good, affordable, central and dog-friendly place to stay in Squamish.

You can easily find street parking, and the hotel is very walkable, right in downtown Squamish. The room was cute, clean, and just right for a quick no-frills stay. Rates were very reasonable, and it was pretty quiet while we were there. My only real complaint is that we got to stay just one night. I missed out on the rooftop patio, so I'll have to try it next time.

The ice machine and water bottle filler on the room floor were handy, and the rooftop patio is really cool. My girlfriend and I stayed at Crash Hotel for a day and night in Squamish. The room was very clean, service was great, and the atmosphere was relaxed, all for good value. It's right on Main Street, and when the sky is clear you get a majestic view of the Chief. I'd highly recommend it.

Please add a secure, one-touch intercom or courtesy phone in the lobby that connects directly to the off-site customer service team. I got locked out without my phone or keys and was stranded on a property with no staff. Having to leave the premises and ask neighboring businesses to contact the team is a serious safety and operational gap in an emergency. A direct way to reach someone would help guests during accidental lockouts or technology problems and protect the property's reputation.
