Quality Inn

I liked the motel and the price was good for a clean room with easy access, but I was really disappointed to find there was no fitness centre or sauna. Booking.com still shows them as facilities with nice pictures. When I asked at reception, the woman just shrugged and said they'd been gone for ages. RODEWAY Inn, update your facilities. People use those features as booking filters, and it's frustrating to arrive and find they aren't there.

We were driving from Nova Scotia to Ontario and reached the hotel around 10 PM on September 12th while looking for somewhere to stay. We'd had little luck with nearby hotels, so the overnight receptionist, Glenn (if I recall correctly), was a welcome sight. He was very helpful and gave us a very reasonable rate for the night. The next morning, breakfast was better than we'd expected. Thanks for the great service and hospitality.

A nice stop for one night on a trip. The kids had the pond and playground on the property to enjoy, and breakfast was very good. Our room was clean but needed some maintenance. The sofa bed was old and its cushions were starting to shred, so we all had to sleep in the bed.

The location worked well for our trip from Ontario toward PEI the next day. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The room was a different story, smelly, dated, and a bit dirty. We skipped the pool because it was full of kids, which was fine with me, but that area was very dark and felt unsafe. We did like the pond and little covered bridge for photos. I think we got our money's worth.
