Super 8 St-Jerome

The room above us was loud all night, with kids jumping and yelling until 2 a.m., then starting up again at 7. I called the front desk several times, but nothing changed. The morning staff were rude, and I had to beg the receptionist to ask them to stop. We came to St-Sauveur for the weekend and staying at this hotel was a bad call. Our room was dusty, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, and there were even food crumbs on one of the beds. For the money we paid, I expected much better. I'm disappointed, and this will be my last stay here.

My family and I have stayed here a few times and plan to return when we're travelling to Quebec again. The kids' favourite part is definitely the pool, with breakfast close behind. We liked the room, though mostly just slept there. The two women at the front desk when we checked in were very welcoming. I'd recommend the hotel to families travelling with kids.

The bathroom seemed pretty small for a room with three queen beds, but the room itself was clean and the AC worked well. We were visiting from Toronto for an event at a nearby temple and booked one night. The pool was the best part: there's a slide and a small hot tub, and it's open from 10 AM to 10 PM. We had a lot of fun, even my nephews who are under two. Burger King and Tim Hortons are right next door, which is handy. Breakfast was included in the morning. I'd give the hotel 4/5 and stay again if we're in the area.

A basic, clean Super 8 with a simple self-serve breakfast. It's right off the highway, so there was traffic noise, and restaurants weren't close enough to walk to. If you're after a reasonably priced stay at a standard hotel chain, this does the job.
