The harbor view is amazing, and the downtown location puts you among plenty of good restaurants and stores. We’d stay here again. It’s a beautiful old restored hotel, with a very comfortable bed, thick towels, and lots of hot water. The bathroom had quite a lot of mold and needs a thorough cleaning. It wasn’t 'OMG, disgusting,' but it does need attention. If we’d stayed more than one night, I would have raised it. Breakfast was the other drawback: $25 for the full buffet and $18 for continental. At those prices, you might as well find a good restaurant or order room service.

The grandkids love the pool, and we’ve stayed here twice now. The rooms are modern and clean, the pool is well looked after, and it’s a beautiful spot.

DONNA, the manager, was so kind and helpful. She deserves a promotion to upper management, in my opinion. The place was clean and breakfast was delicious. The day manager, COURTNEY, was extremely rude, talked over me, and lied about my extended stay booking. I’ve reported her to the Hilton management team (owner).

The rooms are beautiful and the facilities are really good, but parking was a major problem. People were allowed to use the lot for hockey games, so I didn’t have a spot on two of my three days. I ended up parking by the dumpsters and in the driving area. Breakfast wasn’t included, and the hotel breakfast was overpriced and only lukewarm.

The room was clean and had a great view, and the cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job. Check-in, though, felt unwelcoming. The front desk person was unfriendly and sometimes rude, and we weren’t told about the $15 per day parking charge until after we had checked in.
