Premiere Suites - St. John's Signal Hill

I stayed here in summer 2023 and forgot to write this sooner. Parking was easy to find, usually with the same cars in the same spots because people seemed to be staying for a while. The suite is a cozy hotel-apartment setup with the amenities listed in the description, but laundry detergent can run out fast, so you may want to visit the local Dominion. The wifi was very slow. It was described in the settings as private wifi for each room, but we weren't given passwords for any of them, so I suspect that arrangement had been discontinued.

We’ve stayed twice, in two different rooms, and both were beautiful. The one bedroom suite had a great full size stove and fridge, while my wife practically lived in the studio tub. It was very quiet and the location was perfect. Matt and the staff are always amazing. We’ll definitely stay again.

I spoke with a lovely agent, Lori, at the st johns location. She was truly lively to deal with and very helpful. The available rooms looked great too. Great service and location. I’ll be booking with them soon.

I spent four weeks on the second floor while working in town. The kitchen was well stocked, the fridge full sized, and the bathroom nice and large. There’s minimal staff, daily room service costs extra, and every room has a washer and dryer. Fantastic stay for a great price. I hope to come back.
