The staff were friendly, and the hotel was wonderfully clean while costing less than the other big hotel in town. Our room was clean, the service was great, and having a restaurant in the building meant we didn’t need to go elsewhere for meals. Breakfast came in a bag with fruit, yogurt, juice, banana bread, and an egg sandwich with a choice of sausage or bacon. I’d have liked more options, maybe a bagel, muffin, or croissant. Still, I enjoyed the stay and would probably choose this hotel again if I return to Stettler.

We arrived in the evening and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was still open, so we got food to go, and it was excellent. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The takeaway breakfast was wonderful, and checkout was quick. We’ll definitely stay again. Thanks!

The restaurant on site was a plus, and the front desk staff were pleasant. The breakfast is takeaway, with a hot egg and bacon or sausage sandwich, yogurt, a granola bar, and juice, rather than a breakfast room like at other hotels. Check carefully when booking: there are indoor hotel rooms and a motel section with exterior entrances. In cold weather, the motel setup is less convenient for kids who want to use the waterslides. My exterior-access room was adequate and there was no road noise, but the weather stripping under the door needed repair. The gym is very basic and has no free weights.

The staff here were absolutely amazing. The front desk lady was fantastic, and I was really pleased by how kind and helpful everyone was toward others.
