The location made it easy to get to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well kept. Staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. I had a great stay and would recommend the place to anyone wanting somewhere comfortable and convenient. Looking forward to coming back.

The room was tidy and clean, and the price was good. The gentleman at the desk was easy to talk to, customer service was great, and getting a room was simple. It’s right off regent st and close to HSN, so the location is ideal. Thank you!

We saw cockroaches outside our room around the building and inside the room too. We asked for a refund right away, but the front desk attendant called me a liar in front of other customers. He apparently didn’t realize I was standing there, then denied saying it. I tried to get our money back, but they were good at dodging calls. That was my experience.

The staff were especially warm and friendly, which made a real difference. It’s an older motel, but clearly cared for. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and things felt well maintained. A pleasant, straightforward place to stay.

Good price for what you get. The staff were really friendly, the room was clean and had no smells, and the beds were decent.
