Sunshine Valley Rv Resort & Cabins

We stayed in a cabin on our more recent visit. It was cozy but still roomy, with the usual cabin comforts, and the whole property was meticulously clean, well serviced, and regularly patrolled. Earlier stays at this campsite and RV and cabin resort had already impressed us: it's clean and safe, with great management and staff. Set among the mountains in Sunshine Valley, just a short drive east of Hope, it has beautiful views to wake up to and fall asleep under. The facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, bathrooms, pay showers, a store, and propane refills. It would be ideal for families and works well for longer stays too.

We booked a campsite for 11 people and had an amazing time. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the hot pool was a good size too. The store shuts at 6, so watch your butane tanks. They do offer refills.

We had a great stay and plan to come back next year. The RV sites were very nice, and the full hookups were a big plus. The staff were professional, and Carrie was great and helped us out.

The cabin was much roomier for sleeping than I expected for a two bedroom: one room had a queen bed, while the other had twin bunks with another queen underneath, plus a pull-out sofa. It was bright and very clean, with nice extras like K-Cups for the Keurig, salt and pepper, and towels. We had dinner by the fire pit behind the cabin, then sat at the picnic table listening to the river and watching the stars come out. It felt like a fun way to camp with friends. The staff were so helpful and friendly. One woman's name started with L, maybe Lainey? It was lovely meeting you, and I hope we get to chat again. I'd driven past Sunshine Valley RV Resort for years without staying, and I'm glad we finally did. I already told my husband we should book a night with our teenagers so everyone can have a separate bed, enjoy the pool and hot tub, and still get that rustic camping feel with dinner over a fire. It's only 30 minutes from Manning Park, too. Win-win!
