I visited the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel twice over the last 4 months, once for our company Christmas Party and once for training in the meeting space. The inside is much nicer than the outside suggests: the lobby, guest rooms, and meeting area all looked modern and recently renovated. The food was exceptional both times, as good as a very good Five Star Downtown Hotel, and the service was excellent. Laura from the banquet team went above and beyond to help me with a couple of things. Larissa in Events is one of the best planners I've worked with, and Tony in management and Executive Chef Robert Uy are rock stars.

The pool and hot tub were well maintained, and the fitness area was clean and equipped. We also liked the meals and service at the downstairs restaurant, along with convenient parking and easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful city view and super comfortable beds. From check-in through check-out, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. It was a great stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel, whether for a quick getaway or a business trip. The staff made us feel welcome and valued, and we'll definitely stay again when we're in the area.

The location makes it easy to get around, with the freeway nearby and Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, and Langley all about 15 minutes away. The mall across the street is handy for whatever you need. We always enjoy staying at the Guildford Sheraton, and this visit the staff were especially accommodating. The morning breakfast team were friendly and welcoming, and the front desk staff were helpful. Highly recommend!

For a work stay, it did the job. The rooms were clean and the location central. Reception on the 10th floor, on the 104th Ave side, was weak on cellular, and company restrictions kept me from using the hotel WiFi. I mentioned it to the front desk, though I don't know if anything came of that. The restaurant felt oddly divided between members and the general public, and it was pricey with a limited menu. If my room had poor cell reception again, I'd ask to move.

A very enjoyable weekend. The beds were SO COMFY, and the fitness room was nice with all the equipment working. Staff were very friendly, and there was a great view of the city skyline.
