My senior parents stayed here recently while visiting. The online pictures showed clean, spacious rooms, and the price was within their budget. In person, the bathtub was dirty, and so was the shower curtain, which only covered half the tub. There were too few small towels, though that was easily fixed by asking for more. A bedroom outlet was also hanging out of the wall. The biggest issue was a charge on my mother's card that she hadn't approved. She paid the full stay and a $100 deposit at check-in, then the hotel charged another $150 just three minutes later. At checkout, my parents asked the manager about it. She said she'd sent someone at Best Western a note, and my mother might get a refund if Best Western decided it was an extra charge. She also said other clients had been accidentally charged double, for much more, back in August, and were still waiting for refunds in October. I was extremely frustrated with the manager, though I don't think it's her fault that Best Western put her in such a bad position. For what my parents paid, they could have stayed somewhere much cleaner and nicer. We called the credit card company, disputed the fraudulent charges, and got a refund. Keep an eye on your card if you stay here. Better yet, stay somewhere else.

Don't waste your money here. There are mice, the rooms aren't cleaned properly, and the beds have thin particle board underneath that the legs go right through. They gave us a breakfast coupon but didn't give me any food.

The water view and convenient location were the best parts. But during festival season the rate was overpriced, and the room had several problems: lights that didn't work, windows that wouldn't open, no coffee machine, a dirty microwave, mold around the tub, and a hole in the worn comforter. The hot breakfast was mediocre and had no decaf options. Very disappointed with Best Western for this listing.

The one good thing was that after reading the reviews, we laughed hysterically for hours. The place itself was the most disturbing and disgusting hotel I've stayed in. A family member booked the room for us, but I wouldn't stay here again even for free. The reviews are right. If you have a car and nowhere else to go, sleep in it.

We couldn't both sleep on the sunken bed, so we asked for another room, and that one was much better. The first room was damp and smelly, with a mattress sagging in the middle. They'd put in new flooring but had skipped the area under the bed to save money. Breakfast wasn't great either: terrible scrambled eggs, no bacon, undercooked sausages, and greasy fried potatoes. We were told the $200 security deposit would go back to our Visa as soon as we left, but after three days we were still waiting. The hotel said it had gone through when I called. I wouldn't recommend this place.
