We stopped here while driving along the Trans-Canada and caught a beautiful sunset just in time. The room was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant sitting area. The restaurant is closed at the moment, but pizza was only a scenic two-minute drive away.

The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean and nice, with a lake view. The owners are nice people, and there’s lovely beach access for dogs. A barbecue would have been useful, though they do have a restaurant on site.

The lake view and location were amazing, and the room was decent with comfortable beds. We had dinner at the restaurant, and both ordered the butter chicken, one of the best we've had. There's also a gas station and Tim Hortons right across the street. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The lake sunsets were breathtaking, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful too. My husband and I stayed at The Carolyn Beach Hotel for two nights this week. Mr. Khan was welcoming, kind, friendly, and helpful. Our spacious, comfortable room came with a fridge, microwave, soft towels, and everything was well appointed. What else can I say, lol? Crystal Beach Motel has a peaceful, welcoming feel, and the rooms and property are spotless. The staff were helpful, understanding, and flexible, with warm hospitality that really stood out. Service was impeccable, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Right by the lake, the location comes with stunning views that make you want to stay a little longer. If you're visiting Thessalon and want somewhere comfortable, scenic, and well run, this place is a gem.
