Hotel Zed Victoria

We spent three nights here and had a great time. The hotel has a fun look, the staff are really friendly, and our room was spotless and well equipped. Hotel beds are usually a problem for me, but these were perfect, and the pillows were among the best I’ve had. Great value, too.

Our family had stayed at Hotel Zed years ago, and it seems to have had an upgrade since then. The beds were much more comfortable, and the decor now feels more fun and intentional. Our suite had everything we needed for four people, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We especially loved the phenomenal coffee, the pool and grandma's basement, and the great food at the on-site restaurant, The Ruby. Being across from Mayfair mall was handy, too. This is definitely our go-to when we visit Victoria.

Fresh-ground coffee and the personal touches help make this unlike any stay we’ve had before. The pool is great, and the water slide made me feel like a kid again. Ruby’s breakfast was awesome. Highly recommend it.

After full days exploring Victoria, unwinding in the hot tub in the evening was perfect. We also had fun on the water slide, even as adults. The lobby and games room felt welcoming, and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. Everything about the stay felt easy and enjoyable. We tried both the Love Nest and the Rebel Room. Each was spotless, comfortable, and completely different, with thoughtful design and lots of attention to detail. The hotel’s bold, creative look is carried through really well, and the property clearly gets looked after with pride. It’s a memorable place, and we’d absolutely return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Victoria who wants a fun, distinctive stay.
