The neighborhood can feel a little gloomy at times and isn't one of the city's liveliest. Still, it's less than a 30-minute walk from the city center. The host was friendly and helpful, and the common room was huge and very well equipped. My room was comfortable and spacious, though the floor and drawers could have been cleaner.
