For six years now, whenever I fly out of YYZ, I’ve stayed at this property, and it keeps delivering. The recent room updates, especially the new TVs and alarm clocks, are nice. Breakfast has lots of tasty choices, and the breakfast team does a fantastic job before a travel day. The staff are consistently friendly and professional, and whenever an issue comes up, they’re accommodating and quick to sort it out. Comfortable and reliable. I’ll be back.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby for takeout or a meal out, and the hotel is only about a five-minute drive from the airport. The full breakfast was solid, and the staff were courteous and friendly. They have an airport shuttle, though I think you may need to tell the front desk ahead of time. I didn’t use it myself.

The basics are all good here: a comfortable bed, warm room, nice bathroom, and soft towels. Breakfast was included and tasty. The morning shuttle worked well, though if you arrive late, getting an Uber is probably best. I’d recommend it. A few USB ports in the room would be a useful addition.

The hotel was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job on our room. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout, and changing our departure date was handled easily. It’s in a convenient spot near the highways and several restaurants. Thanks for a really good stay.

Straightforward place with no fuss or frills, pretty much just what it says it is. Check-in and checkout were smooth, the complimentary shuttle was quick, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and understanding. Just be aware the walls are thin. If you’re a light sleeper and lots of guests are there, sleep could be rough.
