Hotel Suites near Eaton Centre

My local colleagues suggested this hotel, and it turned out to be a very good choice. For the price, the room was impressively large and high quality, and the location was superb. Front desk service was friendly and quick. I found the room comfortable and the bathroom spacious and nicely appointed. As a solo woman traveler, I felt safe, and I'd gladly stay again.

The only awkward part was parking, since the hotel doesn't have its own and you need to park across the street or nearby. It was still manageable. Everything else checked my boxes, and I'm very picky. Staff handled every request kindly and went above and beyond. The room was clean, practical, and nice to look at, and the cleaning staff made the bed carefully each day. I had a lovely weekend and look forward to returning. If you're debating it, I'd book.

Pella at the front desk was a gem. She was so helpful and made our stay easy, with the best customer service we've had at a hotel. The location was perfect for getting around downtown, and Eaton Center was just a 2min walk away. We'll stay here every time we visit Toronto.

I stayed two nights, January 2-4, and really enjoyed it. The front desk staff were excellent, and I loved my room. That king bed was so comfortable, and the shower was amazing. This will be my go-to hotel whenever I need a city break.
