Canopy By Hilton Toronto Yorkville

Such a fun stay for my conference. The decor was really cool, and my room was beautiful and spotless. The food was perfect too. Everyone was kind and helpful, from the valet and people at the door to the bartenders and the staff who kept the whole hotel sparkling. It's in a great spot, with the TTC nearby and Bloor and Younge amenities within walking distance. Thanks for a really enjoyable visit!

The staff really made the stay for us. Bassem was especially kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile and make sure things were right. We appreciated his hospitality a lot. The rest of the experience was lovely too. Our rooms were very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. The atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. The location made it easy to explore nearby, and breakfast was fresh with plenty of variety each morning. We'd happily recommend the hotel and hope to come back.

The rooms were spotless, and everything felt welcoming and well cared for when I celebrated a friend's birthday at Canopy by Hilton in Yorkville. Service was excellent, and the whole experience was a 10/10. Katherine Talledo was especially lovely. She welcomed us warmly, showed us around the hotel, and took time to walk us through the amenities. Her kindness made the stay even better. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend the hotel.

The staff at Canopy by Hilton Toronto were wonderful throughout. Everyone we met was warm and genuinely helpful, and the front desk handled changes to our plans with real professionalism. But as a Hilton Honours member traveling with young kids, I was extremely disappointed that nobody told us in advance the pool would be closed for renovations. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked, and there was no warning by email. We only found out when we arrived. We then spent time on the phone arranging another place and had to cut the stay short to find a hotel with an open pool. It cost us time and money and added stress to a family getaway. Had we known, we'd have booked somewhere else. I understand renovations happen, but guests need proper notice when a major amenity is unavailable. The hotel should email people before they arrive instead of leaving them to discover it on site. I hope Hilton improves its notification system so other families don't go through the same frustration.
