Finding the hotel entrance was a little tricky, but after that everything was wonderful. The staff made a real effort to accommodate all of us on our family vacation. Vishal and Omar at the front desk provided excellent service, and the shuttle to and from the airport was much appreciated. Our rooms were great, and we could leave our vehicle parked for a week. Our flight back to Toronto was delayed, but keeping the car an extra day was no problem at all. Absolutely no worries. We’ll stay here again for trips out of Pearson Airport in Toronto.

The price, room quality, and amenities make this a place I’d happily choose again. I’ve stayed twice, and both times the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and someone was always available at the front desk. One thing to know: breakfast doesn’t start until 7am, which feels late for an airport hotel.

The hotel itself was very clean, but I’d look at other options if you need an early start from Pearson. Coffee isn’t available until after 7, and the in-room coffee only works if you take it black. The shuttle service also seems undersupplied and caused delays. Our flight happened to be delayed too, so it worked out for us.

The room was pleasant, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. The parking plan was the problem: we’d booked so we could leave our car there while away, but on arrival they told us the lot was full and we couldn’t park. We had to find somewhere else.

Extended trip parking is right on site, and the shuttle operates around the clock. For a pickup before 4am, you just need to arrange it at the front desk, which was easy. Our sleep, park, and fly stay went smoothly. Omar checked us in, answered our questions, and even made sure we had everything we needed.
