We left after just 10 minutes. The front desk staff were friendly and showed us the rooms, then refunded our stay when we decided to go. I still feel itchy. Please avoid this place. There were bed bug larvae in the mattresses, stains on the sheets, and food left in the warm fridge that made the room smell like something had died. Other rooms had holes in the doors, as the pictures show. To reach ours we had to walk through a dark alley and climb a dark outdoor staircase up four floors. Raccoons were living outside our room and stared us down as we passed. The neighborhood felt unsafe, and the other guests seemed sketchy. One man sat in the lobby with dirty bare feet on the coffee table. My family would tell anyone to spend the extra 50 bucks and stay somewhere else. Look at the pictures I took yesterday, July 7th, 2018.

What a dump. The carpet was filthy and a tripping hazard, and the stairways smelled like rotting garbage. There was disgusting writing on the walls and what looked like feces in the hallway. In our room, the microwave was dirty and the fridge had ice built up with a frozen dinner stuck in it. Some light bulbs were missing, while others had been taped in with Scotch tape. The towels were stained, and the sink tap was nearly off the sink. The walls were paper thin, so we could hear the prostitute next door quite clearly. Used condoms were beside our car when we went out. I’d rather sleep in my car. Nasty!

We eventually got our money back, but I wouldn’t wish this hotel hell on any enemy. Don’t go there. We booked a room for the night, and I got bitten on the arm by a huge bedbug. One staff guy said there’d never been a problem in the room; another said it had just been treated for bedbugs. They refused a refund at first and offered us a free night instead, as if we’d want to return. They moved us to another room, saying they’d just cleaned it, but it looked like they’d only made the bed. There was still rubbish from a previous guest on the floor, and the lampshades were broken or the lamps didn’t work.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in my life. We canceled the stay, but lost $50 because they refunded only four of the five nights. I put my mother up at a real hotel beside the airport. I wouldn’t stay here for free. Get back in your car and turn around. This is a pimp office, a vile waste of space, and no living creature should have to stay here. My mother flew in and booked five days. We don’t see eye to eye, but I had to find her somewhere else to stay. The conditions were horrible. Pulling up gave me a gut-wrenching feeling, like I’d had too much Taco Bell and chocolate milk. The area was a complete dump and felt very sketchy. There’s a used car dealership right next door, and at 11 am people were smoking drugs and drinking in the parking lot. The Indian man at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. Walking inside, I smelled wet socks and sweat before we’d even reached the room. The room had a smell I can’t describe, stained and ripped carpet, a bed that didn’t look clean, and dirt everywhere. The washroom wasn’t clean either, with hair all over. I dried my hands on my shirt after washing them because I didn’t trust the towels. Seriously, it was that bad. If I learned anything from this, it’s that you get what you pay for. Go in any direction you like, just stay far away from here.

The smell was musky, and while the price was very low, I would have felt insulted if it had been any higher. I only stayed because I couldn’t find another place. They gave away my online reservation and made me pay to upgrade. The front desk clerk was incompetent and took 35 minutes to check in one person. The toilet and door lock were broken, there were wires hanging from the ceiling, and there was no bathtub.
