We had such a special sister spa weekend at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. My sister is pregnant, and I’d added a note to the reservation beforehand. A body pillow was already waiting in our room when we arrived, a thoughtful detail. The spa offered prenatal massages, and everything felt intentional, safe, and well cared for. The house car was handy in the evenings, so we didn’t have to Uber to dinner. The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, and Yorkville. Service was impeccable from start to finish, with warmth and attention to detail throughout. Highly recommend.

We chose this 4 Seasons for the spa, expecting a relaxing soak to break up a Toronto winter. The spa was overwhelmed with children: pool noodles, floaties, screaming and horseplay, and beach balls. We couldn’t use the lap pool because a game of Marco Polo was going on, and kids kept rushing in and out of the two-person infrared sauna, so it was almost never available. I know the spa isn’t adults-only, but there seemed to be no rules at all. It made Carnival Cruise feel high-brow by comparison. Consider yourself warned. The rooms and service were as extraordinary as we expected, and worth the money. I’d absolutely return for those. We ate at the on-site restaurant, where we were well taken care of and left satiated. The meal was lovely.

The Four Seasons property is stunning, and everything felt seamless and luxurious, from the atmosphere to the service and attention to detail. Daniel, the front desk supervisor, made the stay unforgettable. He handled every request, big or small, with calm confidence and professionalism, and truly showed what five-star service should feel like. We can’t wait to come back. The Mitchell’s

The only real letdown was the fitness center. While it’s being renovated, they’re offering two very substandard spaces in the hotel, neither of which feels up to Four Seasons standards. Otherwise, I highly recommend the Four Seasons Toronto. I spent 10 days there, and the rooms were spacious, well designed, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. The concierge went out of his way to handle a couple of specific requests, and the servers in d | bar were gracious and helpful. The service was top notch, as expected.

The Mother’s Day brunch at the Four Seasons this year had a beautiful atmosphere, and the staff were friendly. It was enjoyable, but a bit generic and not especially memorable. Service was fine, though it didn’t feel very attentive or personal. Empty plates stayed on the table for a while, and we had to ask several times for basic things.
