The room was very quiet, and I slept well. Room 510 was spacious, modern, and calm, with dark decor that felt a bit masculine for my taste. The bathroom was large and comfortable, with lovely tiles in warmer colors than the room, a big tub, and a rain shower. There’s a glass wall between the tub and bed, with a blind for privacy, and the toilet has its own door. The big TV can cast from your phone. There was an espresso machine with three capsules and two creamers, though I would have liked more. The sofa area by the window was roomy enough to put your feet up. My only real downside was the view onto a narrow street with another hotel very close by, which felt uncomfortable. We stayed just one night and skipped breakfast.

Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and kind, from the people in the elevator to the front desk and restaurant staff. The team is second to none. The room was comfortable and well appointed, and the hotel is in a convenient location. Wonderful place. I can’t imagine finding a better hotel in Toronto, and it’ll be my first recommendation whenever someone talks about visiting.

The bathroom was lovely, the bed was huge, and the staff were lovely too. But the breakfast felt pretentious. You could only have one cup of tea or coffee, and extras like muffins or croissants cost more. Even with a cooked breakfast from the menu, I think everyone should be able to have as much toast, fruit, drinks, and pastries as they want. That really lets the hotel down. The skyscrapers all around are expected in Toronto, but the room itself felt stuffy without constant AC. It was also very dark, with limited lighting and black ceilings that did nothing for the space and affected my mood. Would I book again? No.

The lounge and restaurant were excellent, and it was very quiet. The rooms are large, well equipped, and modern, with the hotel tucked among other hotels in the area. The staff couldn’t have been better, each person friendly, helpful, and personable. They made our stay really pleasant. Thank you for a great visit.

The staff are what made this stay stand out from our other Toronto hotel visits. Everyone, from housekeeping to the valets and front desk, was warm, helpful, and focused on guests without acting stuffy. They made us feel special. The hotel itself is beautiful, in a great spot, and has roomy rooms.
