The owner refunded our stay, thankfully, but that doesn't make up for all the time, gas, and money spent driving many hours to Ontario, or for the trip being ruined. We had looked forward to staying there, but when we arrived on 12/25/18 the room was horribly dirty, with specks of dirt all over the bed. It looked as if someone had just gotten out of it, and there were no fresh sheets or pillows available. I worried there might be bed bugs because it looked so dirty. We also didn't like that everything was shared. The only thing we could use privately was the room we slept in. If the place had been clean and ready, we would have considered staying after making such a long effort to get there. Instead, this awful place ruined our holiday trip.
