The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle from Terminal 1 runs every 30 minutes, saving the cost of an Uber or train. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was good. My room was a bit older but well maintained. During my three-night stay, I felt the water might have affected my skin, though I’m not sure why. There’s an onsite restaurant with decent food, but the portions are small, so I ended up ordering from outside most of the time. They leave bottled water in the rooms and put fruit at the front desk in the mornings. It’s a busy place with lots of working professionals and frequent meetings and conferences. There’s also a nice pool and gym. It was an okay stay. Thanks.

I stayed three nights in March 2026 for a work conference. The rooms were very clean and nice, with fantastic beds and pillows, but the heating setup and Wi-Fi were real problems. The hotel is older and has central heating and air instead of separate units in each room. In winter, there’s only heat, no AC. My room was 74° when I arrived, and I couldn’t lower the temperature. Opening the two tiny window vents brought it down to 62°, but let in a lot of traffic noise from the airport and busy road nearby. The free Wi-Fi was okay but painfully slow at busy times. When signing in, you’re asked to pay $10 for premium Wi-Fi that promises better speed and less lag. That might have been acceptable in 1996, but not in 2026, when this should be expected. Cell signal in the room varied between one and two bars, so it wasn’t reliable.

We stayed here for anime north 2025, and the room worked fine as a place to cool down and sleep. Nothing fancy or especially memorable, and we didn’t use the pool. The hotel looks too old-fashioned and could use a refresh or a different design; I’ve definitely seen better. Breakfast was nice, though it wasn’t free, and made a good stop before heading out to other activities.

After a long-haul flight with two young children, this hotel was completely impractical. We had several bags and baby gear, but guests aren’t allowed to use luggage carts under any circumstances. Staff gave three different reasons: first, a “fire hazard,” then that the carts “belong to the bell staff,” and finally that it’s a “full-service hotel,” so guests must rely on bell services. In practice, you wait for a bellman or carry bags up one or two at a time. That creates unnecessary friction when families need support and convenience. I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy member for years, with several hundred nights across the brand, and this was by far my worst stay. I strongly advise families, or anyone who needs basic convenience, to avoid this location. I’ve loved Marriott for years, but this hotel isn’t suitable for travelling families.

The staff did an amazing job serving a couple of hundred conference guests. Each table was served promptly and courteously, and it was impressive how quickly everyone was taken care of while still feeling like they were first. The front desk and room service teams were professional and friendly too. I attend conferences here, including the Kinights of Columbus, and the service is second to none. The food was mixed. The chicken dinner on the first night was nicely done, but the turkey on the second night was dry and bland, with stuffing that looked like sliced bread. There was hardly any cranberry sauce, and I couldn’t understand why they called it stuffing. It wasn’t enjoyable and made for some interesting table talk. Despite that meal, the staff made the whole Sheraton experience very good. Thanks to everyone for the hard work. I recommend staying here if you can.
