Sky Suites Yorkville

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the suites were spacious, spotless, and luxurious. They even looked just like the photos on the website, which surprised me. It’s pet friendly too. I’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

The complex staff and the separately hired cleaners were outstanding. The management agency’s service, though, was below par for such an expensive unit. I had plenty more frustrations, but I’ll leave it at that.

Sky Suites has made owning my Toronto condo much easier over the five years I’ve been a homeowner. They keep the suite in even better shape than I would, and I trust them completely while I’m away on frequent work trips. Their short-term rental program brings in extra income that helps me pay down the mortgage faster. They also take care of maintenance fees, insurance, and utility bills, and keep me updated about building news. It’s a relief knowing things are handled promptly and efficiently. When I return, my belongings have been carefully cataloged, stored securely, and put back where they belong. The attention to detail is unmatched. They’re consistently responsive, and their customer service goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Sky Suites Yorkville for property management. They’ve exceeded my expectations and made life as a homeowner more enjoyable. First class service provider.

I paid a large deposit in good faith while dealing with pregnancy and cancer in my family, which I’d explained to them. The quote was 26,000 CAD, and I mistakenly understood a later offer to match it. Sky Suites changed it to 21,000 USD without making the currency clear, even though I was plainly confused and had written proof. Once they had my money, they went quiet for days, then wouldn’t honor their original CAD quote or return the deposit. I feel misled and exploited at a vulnerable time. Proceed with EXTREME CAUTION if booking directly with them. They’re refusing both to honor the quote they gave and to refund my money!
