The Sutton Place Hotel Toronto

We only stayed one night, but the location made getting here from the GO train easy. The hotel has just seven floors, so we never had to wait for an elevator or deal with crowds. Our room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed, pillows, and a cozy seat by the window. The heated pool was relaxing, and the gym had the equipment I needed. Breakfast and brunch at the restaurant were delicious, as was room service. I’d stay here again.

The birthday surprise was such a nice touch. I mentioned in passing that it was my birthday, and after dinner I found complimentary dessert and a card waiting in my room. The service really made the stay. The Sutton Place is in a great spot, with everything within walking distance. Our room had nice furnishings and L'Occitaine toiletries, and the hotel gym was good for one on site. We had an amazing visit and will come back whenever we need to stay in Toronto.

We came back for a second stay last weekend while in town for a Blue Jay's game, and it was fantastic. The room was quieter than I expected given the location, and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. There were also some excellent minibar snacks and options in the room. Service was a 10/10. This will be our go-to hotel on future Toronto visits.

I had a great setup for working remotely, and it was easy to head out at night to restaurants or explore the city, with the tram stopping right outside. The room was spacious and clean, and I slept like a baby in the comfortable bed. D’Andre, Jerwin, and everyone else were friendly, welcoming, and professional from arrival through checkout. The whole stay exceeded my expectations, and it was hard to leave. I’m already looking forward to coming back next year. This is going to be my regular Toronto hotel.
