I wouldn’t recommend living here. A rusty pipe in the garage dripped onto my vehicle and damaged it twice. The first repair was reimbursed and they patched the pipe. For the second, they replaced the pipe completely but refused to cover my car repair. They considered six weeks of permission to park in guest parking generous and said it didn’t amount to negligence in maintaining the building’s plumbing. There also seem to be a lot of students moving in, and some don’t consider that others may not want to stay up partying until three or four in the morning on weekends.

I was going to rent a unit here, but found bed bugs in the bedroom carpet. Be very careful and inspect the place before renting. To be fair, property management acted quickly to deal with the problem.

The condos stay so hot all year that it's unbearable. Even in winter, the windows are open.

I've been renting here for several months, and basic questions still go nowhere. I've asked repeatedly how to access the amenities and still can't get a clear answer. I understand that many facilities were closed for safety during COVID, but province-wide restrictions were lifted weeks ago. Someone should look into it and tell residents what their options are. Communication is poor, and even simple requests are met with rudeness. The concierge service has been awful. Staff seem unhappy and uninterested in doing their jobs, which makes the whole situation embarrassing. I'm counting down until my lease ends so I can leave. Terrible service in a terrible building.

Construction starts right outside the bedroom window at 7 a.m., six days a week, and is expected to continue at least through the end of the year. Inside the unit, things are badly managed too: hot water disappears at random, appliances leak, and you have to call a helpline every time you want to turn the TV on or off. Even getting a bathtub stopper seems to be too much to ask for this so-called luxury apartment. I feel completely scammed. If you're considering an Airbnb stay here, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
