We found excrement on a bed pillow, and after my daughter used the pull-out sofa bed, she got head lice. The hotel wouldn't refund us because we hadn't kept a bag of lice as evidence. Sorry, I was busy trying to kill them before the infestation on my poor child's scalp got worse 😡 The sheets didn't smell like laundry detergent, and the floors were so filthy that the bottoms of our socks turned black. I know it's a budget hotel, but cheap shouldn't mean BIOHAZARD!!! I wish I could give zero stars. This place doesn't deserve even one and should be shut down.

The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. I gave four stars because the Accessibility suite was a bit challenging to use: it had a tub you had to step into instead of a roll-in shower, and a wand shower head would have been useful instead of the fixed one.

The morning breakfast was a really good amenity and made the hotel worthwhile for the price. The location also suited the reason I was there. I'd recommend it to anyone in transit who needs a short-term place to stay.

The room was good, though I didn't use the shower. The pillows were too big for me, so I slept with a sweater instead. One large pillow and one smaller one would work better. We were in room 206, and there were loud sirens from firetrucks and police, plus people coming and going. We turned on the AC to drown it out, and that worked well.
