Wolfs Den On The River

My sister and I stayed for 4 nights, and it was definitely worth it. We weren't there for a pleasure trip, but Viola went above and beyond what I expected. The rooms are clean, the beds are amazingly comfortable, and the ensuite is fabulous. I made use of the hot tub more than once, and the views are spectacular. It's such a peaceful, relaxing place. This is the very best B&B I've stayed in. I plan to book again with them for a special getaway with my husband.

The location and property are gorgeous, the kind of place you might dream about but never expect to be lucky enough to stay at. Viola and Darrell are great hosts who make you feel so welcome. Words can't describe how amazing this B&B is. If you get the chance to stay there, don't miss it. You won't regret it!

We'd never stayed at a B&B before, and what an amazing trip. Viola and Darrell were wonderful hosts. They really want you to have a special time at their property, and you can see it in all the little and big things they did for us. The room was cozy, the bed super comfortable, and we slept so peacefully. It's very quiet, with beautiful birds chirping. No annoying crows like back home in Alberta! The view is amazing, and the property is so beautiful and well cared for that we didn't want to leave. They can arrange fishing or a jet boat ride on the Columbia river, where the fish are plentiful. We didn't get to take their jet boat this trip, but Darrell took us to their boat house at the marina for the day. We enjoyed wine and snacks there. Viola prepared a delicious supper of Dolly varden trout and Waleye for an extra cost, and we had great conversation while overlooking the river and beautiful views. The hosts have become friends. I'd totally recommend a stay, and we'll definitely be back sooner than later.

After 8 hours on my motorcycle in +32C heat, I couldn't have lucked upon a better place. Wolfs Den is a one of a kind stay, with a stunning location, a beautiful property, and exceptionally clean, comfortable rooms. Even beyond all that, Vi and Darrel made the trip unforgettable. I'll surely return. Five stars, and a heartfelt thank you. Hope to stay again someday soon!
