We arrived to find our room clean and ready, which got the stay off to a great start. The property is beautiful, right on Lake Stoco, with lots of parking and well-kept grounds. There’s plenty to do nearby, and the restaurant serves great food with excellent service. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. The ownership and team were extraordinary, and since the entire property is licensed, you can grab a drink and enjoy a relaxing walk around the grounds.

My Lady and I stayed for the weekend in a large ground-level room facing west toward the lake. The sunsets were breathtaking. Our room was clean and ready, and the restaurant had great food and service. The location is amazing, with lots to do here and around the region. The new ownership and their team are extraordinary. I highly recommend giving this family-owned and operated business a chance to earn your great reviews too.

The lake and location are beautiful, but I wouldn’t go back. We camped in tents for a group event at the far end of the property, and there were no outhouses nearby. The only two we could see were a very long walk away, though thankfully they were in decent shape. Hand sanitizer or wipes would have helped. While setting up, we found broken glass scattered around one part of the site. It took a while to pick up, and we kept spotting sharp pieces we’d missed, so we had to keep checking and keep the dogs away. There was also litter left by campers, plus old spots where people had peed and toilet paper scattered through the woods behind our tent. I was told our site was “on the water,” but I guess I misunderstood, since their meaning was a 15-minute walk to the lake. Sorry... 😔

I visited for Arm Melter 34 and really liked how the event was set up. The grounds are well arranged, with lots of parking, and it’s a beautiful spot right on Lake Stoco. The whole property is licensed, so you can grab a drink and stroll around.

We had an epic night at Stoco Lodge in Tweed for the MMR event with male dancers. It’s a hidden gem! I brought my daughter, and now we want to come back for other events and stay during the summer ☀️ and at other times too.
