I stayed from May 1st to May 2nd, and the bed I got was a double even though I’d paid for a king. I’d called on April 29th to book a king-bed room on the 1st floor and mentioned that I had a dog. When they told me on arrival that no king room on the 1st floor was available, I agreed to a smaller bed for me and my partner, but asked for a refund of the difference. The next morning, Emily-Rose said she couldn’t do anything without her manager, and promised to speak to them and call me on Monday May 4th. She never called, and I never got reimbursed. I tried to be flexible, but if they’d said up front that a refund wasn’t coming, I would’ve gone somewhere else.

The staff were super nice, and the complimentary breakfast was big, with a cool coffee machine. I stayed for a week and had nothing bad to say. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, clean too, and the TV had all the sports channels. There’s also a small gym and an elevator.

I was glad to revisit an old friend, Quality Inn & Suites. Check-in was quick and friendly, parking was adequate, and there were lots of places to eat nearby. The rooms looked really nice and comfortable.

We checked in late, and the night clerk was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was updated and clean, and we couldn’t hear the neighbours next door. We were pleasantly surprised to find a mini kitchen too, with a medium fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and so on. From check-in through checkout the next day, this hotel beat the others for us. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

Service was very bad, and the rooms were really nasty. Roaches were crawling everywhere, and there was mildew around the shower. I can only hope they’ve gotten rid of the bed bugs. The place was infested!
