The clean sheets were about the only good part. It was noisy, there was a lot of garbage in the parking lot, and the room didn't feel secure. The door didn't fit its frame properly, the secondary lock wouldn't close, and there was grime on the handles. I also got a different room type from the one I requested and was told, “sorry, nothing else.” It feels like they're just after the money. With so few choices in the area, they'll probably keep charging high prices for a mediocre stay without taking much care of the place.

I think her name was Deanna, and she was wonderful. She made us feel welcome and at home right away, and she's the star of the hotel. Our room was clean and really comfortable too. I'll definitely stay again.

The front desk women were the most passive aggressive service workers I've ever dealt with. Don't expect the “complimentary” coffee, tea, or hot chocolate without trouble, one woman made a big fuss when I asked for hot chocolate. I asked for extra little bottles of body wash and got about five, then housekeeping took them all away the next day. You also have to buy a breakfast voucher despite the huge breakfast room. Cheapest-feeling hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The whole place is a joke.
