For $75, you get what you'd expect. The service was excellent, cleaning was decent, and there was plenty of parking in a pretty good location. It's the best rate in town, but the building is old and shows it, and my room smelled like someone had smoked in it. If you're after a cheap stay, it's worth considering despite the flaws.

It's an older motel, and you get what you pay for. The room had a smell like garlic breath, but it was cheap and they did a great job cleaning. Valleyview can be rough. A woman approached us with lots of excuses asking for money, and I had to keep an eye on our car, but nothing major happened. The front desk was very kind, and they went out of their way to accommodate us. We slept comfortably.

The location and price were good, but the place was run down. Our room smelled musty and wasn't very clean. There was no curtain on the bathroom window, so we taped a garbage bag over it. We were on the ground floor and could hear people upstairs running, singing, and walking around. It was very noisy, and I wouldn't stay again.

It's fine if you need a cheap place to crash for a night or two, but it's rough and needs work. Nothing against the owners. I'm sure they know, and there's no hard feelings.
