The front desk ladies were kind and very helpful. Our rooms were quiet, clean, and nice, though the bathroom was a little small. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. Breakfast could be better. There were too many options, and I'd rather see fewer choices with better quality. The hotel is at the edge of Vancouver's rougher area, though the price does reflect that somewhat. There's a lot of work going on right now, but it didn't bother us, and the workers were very courteous. Once it's done, the hotel should feel very smart. Parking is underground. It would have helped to have more signs about where to park for check-in and how to find the lifts once downstairs. They also don't offer cots, which was a shame.

The only real letdown was breakfast. The selection was very limited, the sausages weren't edible, and much of the food seemed highly processed. A simpler, fresher, tastier menu might be better, with cheese and ham, boiled eggs, oatmeal, and a variety of fresh salads. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location made getting around easy, with public transport, cafes, and lovely parks nearby. The shuttle downtown was convenient, quick, and very well organized. A special thank you to Bryant and Kao at reception. They were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We also appreciated their love for animals and the high level of service. We'd be happy to return.

The room had just the right size and amenities, the location was decent with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the front desk staff were helpful through my reservation. The problem was the $500 in pre-authorisations at check-in, two charges of $250 each. Since checkout, only one has been returned. The third party I booked through says approval for a refund of the second hold is being declined, and I can't see a plausible reason. As far as I'm concerned, Atrium Hotel Vancouver has taken $250 from me. Shame on the higher-ups.

The Korean staff member at the front desk was so kind and even upgraded our room, which made the stay better. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious too. I'd recommend this hotel!

HAEIN at reception was especially helpful, kind, and cordial. The hotel offers fair prices, clean rooms, and a delicious breakfast, and was very good overall.
