The staff made a strong impression: they were friendly, approachable, professional, and willing to help with concerns or recommendations. The location was another real plus, with restaurants, shops, and public transit nearby, which made exploring Vancouver easy. My room was spacious enough to relax in, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping kept it organized and fresh. The hotel has the essentials for a comfortable stay rather than lots of luxury, but it offers good value for the price and a welcoming atmosphere. My stay at Grand Park Hotel & Suites was memorable and positive, and it's a good option for an affordable, convenient stay near downtown attractions.

The location is excellent, with most tourist areas reachable by transit or within a 20-minute walk. The staff were incredibly nice and keen to help, and the rooms were comfortable. My only issues were a shower drain that didn't work well and thin walls. It was a great affordable stay in downtown Vancouver, and I'd stay again next time.

The location is one of the best parts, with everything nearby and all of greenville street walkable from the start. The staff were good, the air conditioning worked well, and the room size was okay. Some of the furniture is old, and the room wasn't the cleanest, though it was acceptable. There's one elevator for ten floors, so you might wait as long as 10 minutes to go up or down.

The hotel is in a great location, and the communal kitchen on the top floor was a nice extra. Nicole and Jinni were so accommodating. Since I'm extremely sensitive to noise, they made sure I had the quietest, most comfortable room available. My husband and I were very pleased and will stay again.

Minami and Theresa deserve a special mention for their kindness and outstanding service. All the staff were amazing and made us feel welcome from beginning to end. We really enjoyed the stay, especially the kids, which made it even better for our family. We'd definitely come back and recommend the hotel.
