Moda Hotel

We’ve stayed at Moda Hotel twice in the past two months and had a lovely time both times. The location is excellent and the staff are really friendly. Rooms are small but cozy, just right for a stay of a few nights. Prices are very reasonable.

I could walk everywhere from this hotel, and the room itself was comfortable and quiet. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and I had a great stay at the Moda. I checked in a little early and parked in the deck across the street. It’s secure, with the hotel parking behind a second gate, and cost $18 CAD. There are three restaurants on the ground floor, and they gave me two 10% off coupons on arrival. This is my new go-to in downtown Vancouver for value, comfort, and hospitality.

The location is handy, just a short walk to a supermarket, places to eat, and more. The staff, including the room cleaners, were warm and welcoming. It’s an older hotel, but the rooms are clean and the accommodation was genuinely satisfactory. The corridors smelled fresh in the morning, maybe they spray a scent. Breakfast isn’t included, though the restaurant beside the lobby is a good option. Commendable stay and good value for money.

This is an affordable downtown hotel, and you’re close to pretty much everything you might want. The rooms are dated and small, but comfortable. There’s a nice-looking restaurant on the lower level. It’s not top of the line.
