The place was very clean and the staff were engaging and helpful, though the hotel is dated. Its location near highway connections is handy if you’re driving, but the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy. We heard about the Prestige over dinner at a higher-end pub and decided to give it a try. Breakfast wasn’t included. There’s a pub attached and a breakfast restaurant, but it doesn’t open until 7:30am. The beds weren’t especially comfortable, though we slept fairly well. There were no USB chargers and very few outlets for our devices. Decent value if you keep your expectations moderate.

We checked in after supper on Sunday, May 18th, and the young man at the desk was so kind and polite. He made us feel comfortable right away and helped us out. The stay was perfect, though we did miss having a microwave.

Melissa, the GM at the prestige, took such good care of me and my partner during our stay and date night. I’m very grateful for her wonderful hospitality and was blown away by the experience. This is the most beautiful hotel in Vernon, and the service is unmatched. I’ll definitely be back and can’t wait for my next stay.

The staff were awesome, helpful, and accommodating, and our room had a very thoughtful setup for our two little dogs: beds, dishes, treats, poop bags, and a list of local vets, dog parks, and pet stores. We really appreciated that touch. The bed was comfy, and fresh coffee was ready early in the morning. Great hotel, and we’d happily stay again.

The loft was large but very plain, with no pictures on the walls or furniture in the rooms, and it could’ve felt cozier with a little more added. The hotel itself was average at best. The bar was the bright spot: Amanda gave us such great service and treated us like regulars. We enjoyed it enough to go twice during our stay.
