Breakfast was included and had a good range of choices, with fresh fruit including kiwi. The staff were really helpful, and having laundry service in the building was handy. There was also a nearby dining room for dinner. This was a great stop for us, and I highly recommend it.

We stopped in Vernon for the night after I got extremely sleepy while we were driving from Calgary toward British Columbia. We hadn’t expected much when we walked into Quality Inn by Choice Hotels, but it turned into a lovely surprise. The price was very reasonable, and the room and bedding were spotlessly clean. It honestly felt like a five-star hotel. Breakfast was a treat, with fresh waffles we could make ourselves and a satisfying selection of fruit. Everyone on staff was so welcoming and kind that it felt more like visiting a relative than staying at a hotel. Monday, February 9, 2026

After a long drive, the hot tub and pool were just right for relaxing. The breakfast was amazing too, and a spread like that could easily cost $50+ in many places, so it felt like a great bonus. The staff were warm and friendly, and the hotel is in a great location. I’d highly recommend it when visiting Vernon!

The pool and hot tub were great for unwinding, and breakfast was included, which was a nice touch. The location is convenient and close to everything. Our room was very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff made us feel welcome. I’d definitely stay again.
