Everything was disgusting. It was the worst motel stay I’ve ever had. Don’t go there, even if you’re desperate. If a -5 star rating existed, I’d give it.

We stayed here over a month ago and still haven’t got our damage deposit back. When we called the manager, he gave us his personal phone number to sort it out. Now he’s blocked us on that number, and the front desk person hangs up when we try to speak to someone. I definitely don’t recommend this place. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We booked four rooms for eight adults for one night over a long weekend through booking.com, with payment due at the property. I called a few days before to confirm and asked to be told if there was any problem. The person I spoke with wasn’t “on the system” and couldn’t tell me anything, and I never heard back. Ten days before check-in, we had successfully verified our card, and we have the confirmation email. But five hours before check-in, booking.com emailed to say the reservation was cancelled because they “couldn’t confirm our credit card in time.” booking.com’s agent said the property cancelled it and they couldn’t restore the booking. We called the property more than 10 times before finally reaching someone. We asked why it was cancelled when we had proof the card was verified, and offered to pay upfront when we arrived in Vernon. We were on our way, and it wasn’t even check-in time yet, but he said there were no rooms left. Our group had to find another place at the last minute. It was really frustrating. If I could rate less than 1, I would!

We stayed in early August, and it was the worst motel experience of my life. The reception person was very rude, and outside was dirty and noisy at night. Inside, it smelled like someone had smoked and then tried to cover it with air freshener. There were hairs on the pillow too.
