For the room savings, we’d stay here again, but we’d bring our own pot and pan. Once we added the cost of eating out, we could have stayed somewhere much more expensive. You live and learn. The heated pool and hot tub were a lovely way to end our days, and the beds were cozy. The price was great for a budget stay. But our cookware was rusty, and the non-stick coating was peeling badly. We’d called ahead because we planned to cook most meals to save money. When I asked the front desk to replace the pans, they misunderstood and sent someone to wash our cutlery 😂. Once they understood, they said nothing could be done. We were there five nights and hadn’t budgeted for all the extra meals out. Also, take towels to the pool. The front desk told me there’d be towels there, but there weren’t. We had to walk back dripping wet, with a 7-year-old and a 7-month-old.

Jaspreet was especially helpful and friendly, making sure we were looked after and going above and beyond during our stay. The hotel was close to everything we needed, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. Highly recommend! 😊

Jaspreet Kaur and the staff were very good to me and helped a lot. Jaspreet even showed me the new room before I moved all my things. I wasn’t satisfied with my original room, so I rebooked and upgraded, but the booking agent had put me in Calgary instead of Vernon. Changing the reservation through Expedia was a nightmare. I really appreciate the help I got.

Jaspreet and another Punjabi gentleman at the front desk were both polite, professional, and helpful, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. We spent four days here and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I appreciate their support and would recommend the hotel.

For a family weekend in Vernon, this was the cheapest place we found at the last minute, and it felt like good value. We stayed two nights while skiing at SilverStar. The room had a fridge, microwave, and bath/shower. After a busy day, the pool, hot tub, and sauna were great, and the hotel was really quiet. Extra coffee sachets cost $1, which seemed a bit steep, but it wasn’t the end of the world.
