The Viking Inn

Monty is a one-man show who works day and night looking after guests. The hotel is brand new, and everything was clean and quiet. There was a breakfast bar in the morning, and the TV had lots of extra channels, including sports and movies. If you're in the area, I'd highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

I stayed for a week and liked the breakfast selection of breads, fruit, and cereal. It's pet friendly, with plenty of space outside to walk my dog, and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. They'll work with you to figure things out. The rooms are new and improved, with nice beds and great heating and cooling. I faced the parking lot but didn't hear cars coming and going. It's a quiet place and town. I'm rooting for them and hope they do well.

The beds took a little getting used to, but I woke up without any pain and felt as comfortable as ever. The rooms look really nice when you first walk in, and I especially like the marble. My one suggestion is to provide hand soap, since they only have a facial bar, lotion, and shampoo. Almost everything about my stay was perfect. Great experience.

Monty, the manager, showed more hospitality than I expected, and put in so much time and care for his customers. No hotel staff I've met have done as much. Staying at the Viking inn was easily my best experience in a long time. Well done, Monty and the crew at the Viking inn! Six stars!
