The room was comfortable and quiet, and there was lots of parking in a safe location. We arrived late after a long travel day, and I wondered if choosing this place had been a mistake since it’s an older property. The staff were amazing, though, and more than made up for that. I’m usually pretty picky about hotels.

I book rooms for the company I work for, and the front desk ladies are wonderful. Joyce is especially kind, and I always enjoy talking with her.

We went in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and left full and happy 😊💯. The dining room’s full service doesn’t officially start until 5 pm, but the front desk lady stepped in to serve us and was amazing. Both the food and service were spectacular, and everything came out hot and delicious.

I slept really well on the soft mattress, which I especially liked as a side-sleeper. The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom ceiling could probably use some work, but it didn’t bother me much. My room was beside the stairwell, so people going up and down made a bit of noise. Light sleepers may want to ask for a room farther away. I’m a very good sleeper, so it wasn’t much of an issue for me. I really enjoyed staying here.

The food at the grand marshal inn is great, with spectacular meals. Thanks, my takeout experience was a real pleasure.
