Manitoba was where we ended up finding the worst hotel room on the planet, after years of travelling around the world. The pee smell brought a hockey room to mind, and the shower looked like a murder scene. The Alexandra Hotel is going to haunt our dreams forever. Easily the worst place we've ever rented a room.

The hamburger deluxe was huge, with a homemade beef patty, a thick slab of ham, bacon, and all the usual good toppings. It was big enough to last a couple of meals and brought back the good old days. The service was friendly too. I didn't expect food like this, but I'll definitely be back!
