The price turned out to be better than I expected, so I’d stay here again. I’d never been before, but it’s close to my daughter and granddaughter, which made the location handy. The room was roomy, clean, comfortable, and updated. The young man at check-in was lovely. It’s right by a busy highway, so there’s traffic noise to deal with, and there’s no bathroom outlet. I’ll bring an extension cord next time.

The rooms are well cared for and clean, and the staff are really welcoming and helpful. It’s a modest motel just east of Sudbury. I’d definitely book here again.

I arrived late on April 28th after getting worn out from driving. The room was modern and spotlessly clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept very well. It was only a short stay, but I enjoyed it and felt comfortable. Thank you.

We were visiting family on an acreage, so the location worked perfectly. The place was full, but the other guests were quiet and respectful, with no loud partying. Our room was spotless and smelled really clean, the bed was comfy, and there was plenty of hot water with good pressure. They delivered a free box breakfast of our choice to the room. Such a cute little roadside find, and very affordable. Highly recommend.
