Lincoln Motel

I need a better place to live, somewhere with no smoking on site, where I can have my own cable. I still have Cogeco and feel better keeping them for my phone, cable, and internet.

As soon as I checked into the motel and entered my room, it was unbearably hot, and there was no way to adjust the heat. I turned the AC all the way down, and bugs came crawling out. Then I looked around and saw bugs all over the room. I walked right back out, checked out, and got my money back. I’ll never go there again or recommend anyone stay there. It was disgusting.

I’d give minus five stars. The room was so cold you could see your breath. I sat in the bathroom wrapped in a towel with the blow dryer on, trying to warm up, and there was no toilet paper. No one answered the phone when we called for help. Then there were bed bugs and cockroaches, with pictures attached. When we checked out, they said they could refund only one of the two rooms and couldn’t refund the tax. So we paid $240 for what? They didn’t care that we planned to report it and post a review. I just saw your response. Calling people names doesn’t bother me. We stay in hotels across the country and are happy to leave a good review when it’s deserved. Your unprofessional on-site staff and your reply here say a lot about my complaint. I’ve reported it. Have a good day.

I called and was told they had a room, but they kept hanging up on me. I tried from another number, and they hung up again. Whoever was working on August 30, 2025 is a nasty person. Stay away from this place until that man or woman is gone. Zero stars.
